From Market Mornings to Your Mug

The sun’s barely up when I roll into the farmers market with a table, a few tubs of coffee, and a whole lot of energy (even though I don’t really drink it myself). The air smells like fresh bread from the bakery tent down the row, flowers from the vendor next door, and of course—fresh coffee from Jacked Coffee.
Setting up is its own little routine: arranging the bags so the labels face out, brewing the first sample pot, and making sure the grinder’s ready to go. Then the first customers start to wander in—some are familiar faces from earlier markets, some are brand new. I love hearing what blends people are into, what they’ve tried before, and sometimes the stories they share over a cup.
Even though I’m still in high school, running Jacked Coffee is more than just selling coffee beans—it’s about building something real in my own community. This all started with my mom’s love for good coffee, and now we get to share that love with so many people in Niskayuna and beyond.
If you’ve stopped by our stand before, thank you. If you haven’t yet—come say hi next week! And if you can’t make it in person, you can always find our blends online at jackedcoffee.us.
Fresh coffee, good people, and a little hustle—it’s the perfect start to the day.
